What does Procrastop actually do?
Every task has a due date, and that date decides where it sits. The list is split into Up-Next, Soon and Later, and a task moves up on its own as its deadline gets closer, so you never drag or reorder anything. The other half of the app is reminders: you decide, task by task, how insistent they should be.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
Neither. There is no sign-in and no server. Your tasks are stored on your iPhone and the app works fully offline. Nothing syncs between devices.
Will it nag me about everything?
Only if you ask it to. A task with no due time says nothing at all, and a task with a time starts on the quietest setting until you change it. Annoy Me! and Nag Me! are chosen task by task, so the one you keep avoiding is the only one that shouts.
What happens to a task I miss?
It stays in Up-Next and keeps counting, showing how many days overdue it is. Nothing is hidden or quietly archived.
Can I get a finished task back?
Yes. Finished tasks move to Settings, Task Management, Procrastopped Tasks. Tap one to put it back on your list, or swipe it left to delete it for good.
Can I get my tasks out of the app?
Yes. Settings, Task Management, Export composes an email to you with a copy of everything attached, in formats you can read anywhere. It goes through your own mail app, and you decide whether to send it.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual tasks in the app, or delete Procrastop from your iPhone to remove everything it stored. There is no account to close and nothing to request, because nothing was ever uploaded. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
Which iPhones does it run on?
iPhone, running iOS 16.4 or later, in portrait. The Nag Me! alarm relies on a newer system feature and is only offered on iPhones running iOS 26 or later. There is no iPad or Android version.
What does it cost? Are there ads?
Procrastop is bought once on the App Store. There is no subscription, no ads and no tracking, and nothing inside the app is locked behind a further payment. Settings offers optional tips for anyone who wants to support the work, but they unlock nothing and the app is identical whether or not you ever send one.
Can I add projects, tags or calendar sync?
No, and that is deliberate. Procrastop is due dates, three timeframes and reminders. There is nothing else to maintain.
